Josiah was a nice installer. He was quiet and just worked. It was all done in one day. The product the company offered had some new, really up to date features and my salesman, Tracy did an excellent job with guidance. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was very difficult to have to clear half the garage of typical heavy garage items, being a single lady. I still don't have it reorganized yet! I will probably have to hire someone to do it for me and it would be nice if the company offered the service even if it cost more.
