"Stay away from this business! I tried to use them for repairs of a gas stove. They came out three times, and attempted to do the repairs but were never able to do it but still charged for a service call each time. Finally, after the third time they said the strove was un-repairable and they would issue a credit for the parts (not the service calls just the parts) by check. But they never sent the check. So, I open a credit card dispute for the cost of the parts which is what they had said they would refund. Then I received a phone call from them screaming about the fact that I had opened, a credit card dispute. As far as I am concerned, they don't seem to know what they are doing and they have a very bad attitude when it comes to customer service. PS. This business also goes by the name of Villages Appliance."

Through my own life challenges, I realized my strengths and passion were listening and helping others through life struggles. Listening to a friend; helping to sort through precious memories, focusing on what to keep and what to part with. I did it myself and understood the pressures and pain of this task. After turning 50, I challenged myself to change areas of my life and listened to my heart. I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives and started with mine. I volunteered for Habitat for Humanity "Woman Build" providing a new home to a single mother of three; I returned to painting as a way of connecting with my inner-self and then donated the artwork to various charities; I travel, I learned to love riding motorcycles, I stop to smell the flowers....and I believe in family. I understand the pain of losing a loved one and having to dissolve everything in the home. My mission is to provide a service, not to become rich. Trust me, conducting an Estate Sale is no glamorous job, it can get dirty; but I do not mind because it’s my customer that is happy and can move forward in their life.
