He went and bought the new microwave that we had talked about. He brought it to my home and removed the useless old microwave and installed the new one. He was done in 45 minutes He was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

I cannot say enough good things about Keith from K3 Repair Services. We have been having issues with our refrigerator; he was quick to respond and come out. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly for a reasonable price. When we had additional issues, he gave us an estimate offered us either repair or recommended we purchase a new refrigerator because it may not be worth fixing ours. With the estimate, I thought it would still be cheaper to repair and not happy to worry about supply chain issues. He has always called back quickly, come out for repairs quickly, been happy to express when he feels repairs may not be in your best interest, and happy to answer any questions to you. I highly recommend him.
