Johns AC install a home unit for me 5 years ago. There service technicians have always been professional and always explained exactly what was needed and they always did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for your home or business needs. Class A company.

The Service Technician David was very professional and courteous. He was punctual. I have always enjoyed having John's A/C work on my central air. I am up and running!

Had them install a mini-split that I purchased, gave me an estimate of $1100 for two guys all day. I mounted the unit and ran the lines. All they had to do is a test for leaks and vacuum the unit out. Johns sent one guy out for three hours tops, he checked for leaks and vacuumed the unit out. They still charged me for two guys all day no price break for me running the lines. John said thanks for saving us the time. The unit ran three times, then blew warm air. I had them come back. They said the coil was leaking and needed a new one, they left and tried to charge me an additional $75 service call. I had another company come out because Mitsubishi said they had never had a coil leak in their Head unit. The other company found a leak at the headline fittings that his A/C said they checked. They fixed the leak and it has been running great. They charged me $300 to fix it. I called them to tell about what was found he said he was busy and would get back to me. It has been over a week now. Long story short, John does not stand behind his labor or workmanship, he overcharged me for a poor job and should, at least, reimburse me for the second company and their work and my time and labor.

They are very honest, reliable and reasonable. They come quickly when called and are very dependable. Highly recommend them.

I contacted John, and he returned my call almost immediately. He set up an appoint for the service and his man, Andre showed up in a big box truck. I joking asked if he brought the whole business with him. He proceeded to my air conditioner and in short time found the problem. He had the part in his truck and fixed it. Oh did I tell you my unit is 28 years old? He did not try to sell me a new unit. From start of call to the end result, my air conditioning running was 2 hours. Great job guys Denis Dubuque

I haven t found anyone cheaper, and they do a great job. I have bought several units from them in the last few years updating rental properties. They even did my house before I hung the drywall and worked with me. I did as much as I could to get the cost down. It s also a family owned company. The type company I like to support.

After calling on an emergency basis, John the owner arrived within 45 minutes and even a few minutes earlier than expected (great). Our A/C was repaired quickly and efficiently. Not only does he sing while he works, but he was singing when he turned into our driveway. In addition, we could never find the air filter, which he was able to locate. Jessica in the office was professional and friendly. This family business employs John and his relatives, including Aunt Jessica in the office, and when we asked if he ever fired anyone, his answer told the whole story. He smiled and said, "Not yet." You couldn't hire a better person: he is funny, knows what he is doing, sings, and his family likes being around him so much they even work with him. Highly recommended. P. S. It turned out we grew up two miles apart in a city nearly 1100 miles away.

My objective was to upgrade my ten year old Purion Carrier system with 14 SEER to the highest efficiency possible. All the companies I got estimates from before them offered just the brands they handled but John was knowledgeable about all of them. He didn't seem to be pushing just one brand over another because that is what he carried. I settled on a Rheem system with 22 SEER for my split system with two units. The installers were clean and polite and explained everything about the system. This is a professional company who wants to service my A/C in the years to come to help me maintain it well. They will continue to be my service company. I will recommend them to friends and neighbors as well.

I left a message for them on Sunday, they called me back 10 minutes later and made an appointment for 9 AM the next day. Jonathan came to check my system and found several Freon leaks. My system Was 13 years old, and time to replace it. He gave me a good price and the next day, the installers showed up, removed my old system and replaced it With a more efficient system at a good price. I would recommend these people for anyone who needs air conditioning replacement or service.

They are wonderful people !!!! They did an very good job !!!! And also very timely, they made sure all was cleaned up when done, they explained everything before leaving!!!!!!!!! They came back the next day because my husband didn't understand the thermostat and reset it !! I would have them back !!!!!!

John came out to see that it was done correctly, and ask if I needed anymore help. the service, from the office good too.

John's A/C was a good hire because number one, he was not partnered with any specific brand of unit for my home. A lot of contractors use only one brand and you do not have a say. They were very professional, were on time, notified me with all they were doing, removed and hauled away the old unit. They made this costly transition as pleasant as could be. They took care of everything from permits to showing me how the new thermostat worked. They made follow up call to check if everything is ok. I can't recommend then enough. "Thank you John". John could not solve the problem of us not getting any heat, but he found the reason, and did what he could only to find line was burned out and had to call S John located the problem and fixed it just fine and we will sign up with him for annual checkups
