He came out ordered parts. 1 week later places new broiler and sensor. 2 weeks later my broiler was automatically coming on igniting my food into flames. Called and called and called? no response. Paid $300 and never repaired correctly. Do NOT hire this company!

Repair still not complete. $14 part for $441 for 30 minutes in my home. Vent broken and costed $52 for replacement. Gas filled my home. Came back with attitude. Dryer works after 180 minute cycle. Thus the reason for the call. Still waiting for losers to resolve. .....still waiting i was stolen from, lied too, given attitude from, and almost killed by gas leak. Demand a refund

Work done in May 2023, work consisted of telling controlmboard broke and could not repair. Never cashed the check till July of 2024. Which made it a stale check by over 8 months. Called to find out what was going on. NEVER CALLED BACK... something smells bad here.. would not deal with them ever.

First of all, they came when they said they would, which is more than I can say for many companies. Once they were here, they diagnosed the problem with our dryer quickly and fixed it that same day. Everything works great now, and we're very happy!

I called Instant Appliance Repair and I got an appointment for the next day. The repair person arrived within the time frame given and he also called when he was on his way. He fixed my refrigerator and washing machine. I would definitely recommend this company.

Frank from Instant Appliance Repair was awesome. In typical fashion when he showed up the dishwasher started working correctly with out him doing anything. It hasn’t worked in 3-weeks... Apparently he is a wizard. I would recommend Instant Appliance Repair to a friend or family member.

The man wasn't a licensed plumber , he didn't have what he needed to finish the job . Now after paying$175.00 ,I have to find a connector and finish the job myself. NOT HAPPY !

"Yes..You are correct we are not plumbers. We are appliance repair technicians. You contacted us to convert your gas range to LP. Which we did and have done for may customers. You as a homeowner are responsible to have a LICENSED plumber (by code) install your range once the LP conversation is done.."

Very professional. Ended up needing to replace CPU board of the washing machine. So wasn't worth fixing. However, the repair man went out of his way to pay a visit at 7am because he had meetings all day.
