Stay away from this business! I tried to use them for repairs of a gas stove. They came out three times, and attempted to do the repairs but were never able to do it but still charged for a service call each time. Finally, after the third time they said the strove was un-repairable and they would issue a credit for the parts (not the service calls just the parts) by check. But they never sent the check. So, I open a credit card dispute for the cost of the parts which is what they had said they would refund. Then I received a phone call from them screaming about the fact that I had opened, a credit card dispute. As far as I am concerned, they don't seem to know what they are doing and they have a very bad attitude when it comes to customer service. PS. This business also goes by the name of Villages Appliance.

I was so stressed as it was the day of closing for the sale of my house at 1:00 pm. Adam showed up within about an hour after I called that morning with a smile and “no problem” we can fix it attitude. He was so personable & friendly, professional and confident of his knowledge and ability to fix the problem. A big thank you for getting there so quick and fixing the problem trouble free with a very reasonable bill. 5+ stars!!

Excellent....Sonny found the problem, talked to the maker of the refrigerator, went over everything with them and fixed the issue. Sonny is a real gentleman and we will definitely hire him again as well as refer him to anyone who needs his services.

Terrible. Owner Sonny made 2 trips out and replaced 1 motor and 1 drain pump to no avail. He then gave me a 2 hr window ( twice ) that he would be out to get to the bottom of the problem. No show and no call both times. He then stopped taking my calls as all my calls always went to his VM now ( with no store front his office # must be his cell # ). Beware of this guy. If he doesn't know how to fix something he'll still say he can fix it and charge you for unneeded parts (??) and labor . Bottom line after $250 dishwasher still has the same problem and all that customer service that was promised was just a lie.

"Sir we did come out fixed it and you called back 2 weeks later and I went out and worked on it and fixed the problem . You had a drain hose issue and I reran it no charge and it worked . You called back I went out no answer and called it went to voice mail . You called back 2 days later and yes tech did not show because of health issues so we called and nothing in return . I have no problem with doing the work . I don't have a store front because we are a home appliance repair so I go to your home . I don't need a store front because I do not sell anything . If you would like some of your money back because you was not pleased all you had to do was say so. Have a great day sir . I try to make everyone happy but I guess I could not in this case . Sorry"

It went well the service was fast and very easy at understanding what had to be done next time I know to call them right away amazing service all together no hassle and making an appointment was extremely easy definitely would recommend to friends and family in the future
