"During the height of the summer deluges, Roofer Mike found time to come to our aid. The expanse of roof he had to replace was much larger than we had imagined. Mike handled all permits, walked (actually talked) us through the process, completed the work in a timely manner given it was the rainy season making repairs difficult.
