Unfortunately no gutter was at top the awning and the fabric was damaged. the product was still under warranty however this is not a product malfunction. Mike came out and was able to match up some fabrics where the hole was so i can continue using my awning. Not only did he correctly match the fabric he also cleaned and lubricated the awning and did not charge me for his time and i truly consider this exceptional customer service. I would refer him highly and when i will be able to buy a new cover i would buy from him."
