When I contacted R R they scheduled me 10 days out. When I told them the problem they could care less there customer service is rated a zero as far as I am concerned. They just don’t care Don’t be a vender off AHS IF your going to service their customers in a timely matter Vito"

"Junior from JN Electric came to my home today to fix a number of electrical issues, including GFCI plugs and switches. He did an amazing job, and the whole experience was a pleasure. From the moment Junior came to my door (wearing a mask) and identified himself, to completing the final project, he was professional, courteous, and efficient. Even when there were a few challenges, he quickly resolved the issues with a smile. Junior was awesome! "I am a residential home owner. I have an older lawn mower and pressure washer that were in need of repair and maintenance. I considered replacing these items. They are both good quality brand names, so I also considered having them repaired and maintained. A significant obstacle for me was the transportation of these items, as my vehicle is unable to carry larger equipment . I reached out to Mac Daddy and spoke to Tammy. I assume they mostly deal with large landscape or lawn cutting companies. Although I am a non-commercial consumer, I was treated with respect and seemed like my business was very much appreciated and valued. We discussed the work to be done as well as the transportation fee. I was happy to find a company that could pick up and deliver my items. Of course there is a fee for this service, but I gladly paid it for this convenience. When my equipment was returned, it looked brand new!! It runs great and works better than I expected. Not only would I highly recommend Mac Daddy for any small engine repair. I would purchase any future yard equipment from them as they definitely earned and deserve my business. Thanks Tammy ! "Kenzie, at the front office was extremely organized and kept in constant communication with us about when to expect the technician, Joe R. They have an easy process for specing out the work, scheduling and payment. Joe R., our technician, was professional, friendly, respectful of our home (cleaned-up), and was knowledgeable. He installed six ceiling fans, removed two chandeliers and installed eight recesses lights - four in the dining room and four in the kitchen. We supplied the fans and recessed lights. All of the work is so nice that it looks like it was included when the house was built two years ago. We will contact them again if we need any electrical work done."

"I had to go through an inspection to get new home owners insurance on my duplex. During the initial inspection, I did not pass. I made sure that Rayco got a hold of the inspector so that they can do exactly what needed to be done to meet code requirements. The inspector came and it still did not pass inspection, even though Rayco was told exactly what was needed to be done. When I called Rayco to let them know, they said it was up to code and that they would look into it and get back to me. Later that day, they got back to me and said they contacted the person that did the work and they claimed everything was up to code. I ended up calling another electrical company who also spoke with the inspector before performing the work. The inspector came after the second company and we finally passed. I do not recommend Rayco."

"This is a terrible company. Nobody answers the phone or returns phone calls. My generator was installed after long delays. The enclosure they built does not drain well. The door for the enclosure was never installed. I have called many times and left messages. They wanted me to sign a service contract. Never! I will look for a reputable service company. I have contacted the Generac main office to file complaints."
