Feola's Service Center

They found it was not able to be fixed as this model had a known issue. The dealership bought back the car due to this. My experience with Feola's is very good and I would recommend them.

Feola's fixed the problem perfectly. I have no complaints. They were courteous and friendly and very responsible. I would highly recommend them.

I had taken my car to an auto service place across the street from Feola's. They told me the cost to fix a leak in the evac system would be over $700. Next, I brought it to Feola's and they fixed it for $270. They were also courteous and friendly, did the work quickly, and did a great job. I will definitely go back to them again.

This was my first visit to this service center. Only after I arrived, did I see that typically, Saturdays are by appointment only. I stopped in without an appointment and Tom Kennedy was kind enough to work me in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, despite being short one technician on a Saturday. I was impressed with the overall customer service and willingness to help a new customer. Before I left, I made an appointment for an alignment .......on a Saturday.
Based on his positive, customer focused approach, I will be bringing more business to this firm.

They really took care to make sure the tings are fixed and fixed like they should be. Even fixed a couple of things that he would not charge for. They are so nice, and do what they say they will do.

I have been to many automobile service centers during my lifetime, however, I have never been treated as well as I am treated at Feola's Service Center. All employees are extremely courteous and go the extra mile to please you. I have recommended many people to use Feola's in the event they have any automobile problems and each person I recommended, bar none, have thanked me after they had their vehicle serviced by Feola's.

Feola's is the most trustworthy auto mechanic I've ever know of. They are so honest that they were featured on a tv news show. As a single woman, I appreciate knowing that they won't rip me off, perform unneeded work, or cheat me in any way. These are good guys and I've used them for many years both on my 1981 Mercedes 380 SL classic and my every day cars. They've done work for me for over 15 years and 3 generations of mechanics!!!
