The tech showed up and looked around the house. He left without giving a quote, I didn't get a quote the next day and called for one. She said the tech told her I said I had to leave, which was untrue. She promised to email it right then, I didn't receive it and called back again and was told that the supervisor was at lunch and they would call me back. I didn't get a call and I still don't have the quote. It made me feel like he was just scoping out my house.

Kenzie, at the front office was extremely organized and kept in constant communication with us about when to expect the technician, Joe R. They have an easy process for specing out the work, scheduling and payment. Joe R., our technician, was professional, friendly, respectful of our home (cleaned-up), and was knowledgeable. He installed six ceiling fans, removed two chandeliers and installed eight recesses lights - four in the dining room and four in the kitchen. We supplied the fans and recessed lights. All of the work is so nice that it looks like it was included when the house was built two years ago. We will contact them again if we need any electrical work done.

I scheduled an appointment with this company (who appeared to have an Orlando address and phone number) so that I could have an electrician install a inlet box and manual transfer switch at my house for my portable generator. The appointment was made 4 days in advance. The electrician was supposed to arrive between 9 and 11 on the day of the appointment. At 12 o'clock I received a call that the electrician was finishing up a job that took longer than expected and would be coming my way afterwards. At 1 o'clock I got a call from the dispatcher saying that they did not provide service in the Orlando area that I live in. Since the company was supposed to be in Orlando, I asked where she was calling from and was finally told that this company was actually in Tampa, not Orlando. Clearly a case of false advertising. I lost a day of work and had to find another electrician to complete the required work. I just wish they had been upfront and honest with me but they were not. For that they receive an "F" from me across the board!

They put in the surge protector and we were really happy with there work. This price was for parts and labor. Punctuality and they came when they said they were gong to. The job was done quickly and we haven't had any problems with it even with a big storm.

I did quite a bit of research on it. They work on low voltage lighting.
He kept me informed every step of the way. They came on time. They had a nice vehicle with the name of the company on it. He was wearing a white shirt with the company insignia on it. Of course, he took it off when he started crawling through my bushes with the lights. which I fully understand. They gave a professional impression. He was a kindly, experienced electrician which I appreciated. The job got done quickly and efficiently. It was expensive, but I had a lot of stuff that needed to be done, and the transformer was expensive. The people on the phone and the gentleman that came out were very impressive.
The quality was excellent. I would definitely use them again for any low voltage jobs.

Excellent first-time experience. Provided free in-home estimate for all work. Easily scheduled project. "Joe", the technician, arrived promptly for both appointments, and worked earnestly, professionally, and in a friendly manner to complete all projects, which included crawling in attic--in Florida heat-to run new electrical line to kitchen fixture. Caulked in where needed, cleaned up all areas around work, and explained how fixtures and surge protection functioned. Provided warrantees for work and for surge protector, which includes repair / replacement of electrical equipment damaged if surge protector fails. Completed all in very timely manner, much less that expected. And while the estimate included parts that ultimately were not needed, those costs were deducted from the final bill, saving over $200. WOW! Would highly recommend this company.

Great. I couldn't stay there to complete the repair. The tech called and explained to me what the correct lightbulbs for my fixtures were after they were fixed, put in switch covers that match my room needs, and then put in the correct bulbs (do they just carry different bulbs around?) so that everything was working when I came home.

This was a repair on my rental property. A gentleman named Scott Davis went to the property evaluated the job... a very simple repair ( a wire had gotten disconnected on a switch) he fixed and said there was NO CHARGE! because it took 30 seconds.
I offered to give him $20 for his time he refused.. WOW.
Guess who will get all of my business in the future!

I called All Star needing Electrical help on a GCFI outlet and explained to the woman on the phone, who said she was new, that I needed someone today. I asked her what time was considered After Hours and then she put me on hold for 3 minutes, then she told me how much it was for an after hours call. I said, "I don't think you listened to me. I need to know what is considered after hours...after what time?" She still seemed confused and then finally said after 5pm. I told her that I could be home at 4:30pm and explained what I needed...again.
So, after this entire conversation, she then decides to tell me nobody would be available today. So, that was it. I won't call back and will hire someone else.
Please train your employees on what to say and to listen to prospective customers...you could lost a whale of a customer.

He is kind to explain things. He was just a really nice guy. He just kind of explained why the lights weren’t working in my bedroom and he also gave me some information about the wires are pot like in my house. His pricing was okay. It wasn’t like cheap or super expensive. They were pretty responsive. They were able to come right away.

It took two full days to do this work. The tech arrived on time and went right to work, explaining what he was doing with each major step so I knew exactly what was going on. This was not an easy job by any means. Work was completed on time and exactly as described. I had other companies quote on the same job but my house would have looked more like a business had the others done it. I got exactly what I needed now and for any future needs. All clean up was done upon completion and I couldn't have been any happier.

system is not something that would pass inspection by today's standards. He asked what needs and desires I had for my
electrical system and gave me an estimate of what his company could do the job for. Understand this was all included in the price he quoted me for the work I had initially called him for.

I was very impressed with Dan, the technician that came out to my home. He was able to supply same-day service. He was punctual, professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and neat. I found it very easy to do business with him. He was able to diagnose the problem and perform the repairs on the same day. I would highly, highly recommend this company to my friends and family!
