Did the work efficiently, intelligently at a very fair price, and took me from worrying about my computer to bein a super satisfied client. I had done a computer update, and hundreds of files seemed to disappear. I called another vendor that I had contracted and they could not help. Rick arrived and worked, in my office and located all of the files. He updated my computer installe dimporatnt updates and high quality virus software, and explained everythin. He's friendly, efficient, and super knowledgable. 5 out of 5 stars and recommend!"

He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma.
