I just love their work & material suggestions. Their painters are punctual which means expect for them to arrive to complete your job at least 10-15min ahead of their scheduled arrival time. The painters clean after themselves and ensure that you are satisfied with the job before they leave your home.     Prisma just completed painting the exterior of our home, and we couldn't be more pleased! We solicited four different quotes for the job, and Prisma came in with a competitive price and excellent reviews. From start to finish, they were very easy and pleasant to work with. Wellington, who came out for the estimate and also performed most of the work, was always responsive, professional and meticulous - which is so important in a painting contractor. It took more than a month for us to choose and obtain approval from our HOA on the paint colors, and he made an effort to check in with us regularly on the status. Once the work started, he had help from Gabriel, who arrived on time every morning to pressure wash, prep and paint. They are an incredibly hard-working team, and spent the last day doing touch-ups where we requested to ensure we were 100% satisfied. It's so refreshing to work with a contractor you trust and that over-delivers! I highly recommend Prisma to anyone looking for a painter

    The owner, Pete and his worker Jeff did an excellent job on our pool deck and coping as well as our front porch and side walkway. First, the pool deck was 'scarified'-roughed up with a machine to eliminate old stain and loose surface material. Then two coats of concrete skim coat were put on the deck surface. Then the deck was spatter painted and rolled with a no skid stain as were the front porch and walkways. Pete and Jeff are both hard working and meticulous and do the job 'right'. They care about their workmanship! That is pretty much an unheard of trait in this day and age

    Excellent. I contracted with Homeowners Services to begin painting the exterior of my home, and the fencing which enclose front of my home. As we agreed, they appeared on Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2021, at about 8:30am, and started painting my home. They finished on Oct. 9, 2021. As per our contract, they pressured cleaned all areas, used primer coat on all areas, and painted 2 coats of highly rated paint (by e.p.-Consumer Reports) on all areas as per our contract. When the paintor had finished, a replace all item in (e. g. - Waterhoses Secured to Walls) as they were positioned the four the painting started, and cleaned up any debris(including used paint fence).I would highly satisfied that they had done an excellent job; however, I would strongly recommend that anyone seeking to have painting done follow the advise of these company, and let them test a color sample on the surfaces that you want painted for any color which you select before you decide upon your color. If you decide to signed a painting contract with these company, make sure that you understand all the contracted terms before you signed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

    I contracted with Home Owners Services to start painting the exterior of my home, and the concrete/metal fencing which encloses the front of my home. As per our contract, they appeared on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at about 8:30AM, and started painting my home. The finished all areas of my home's exterior on Saturday, October 9, 2021 before 5PM. As per our contract, they started by pressure cleaning all areas; I also requested that they paint my house with a 5-foot high coating of water sealant because I had a history of some water damage due to my home's irrigation system. After applying the water sealant, they applied a paint primer, and I then requested that they apply two coats of a highly rated paint (by e.g.--Consumer Reports magazine). When the painters had finished, they replaced all items (e.g.- water hoses secured to walls) as they were positioned on my exterior walls before the painting had started, and cleaned up any debris (including empty paint cans). I was highly satisfied that they had done an excellent job; however, I would strongly recommend that anyone seeking to have painting done by this company, follow their advice, and allow them to test a color sample on the surfaces that you want them to paint BEFORE you decide your color selection. If you decide to sign a painting contract with this company, make sure that you understand all the contracted terms before you sign it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
