I was very satisfied, as they were extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. i will hire them again.

The gentleman was very professional, checked all the old windows, the hours the doors and look at the new windows, took all the information I gave him a deposit of $975 on November 1. He said he would begin the process of asking for the permit two weeks later. I text him to see how it was going with the permit. He said he was still waiting for the city to complete the permit So a few weeks past, after that I went to the city they told me that they never receive any documentation to begin a permit. I contact him that he would start it right away since then you ve been telling me strange thing like the person who prepare this isn t vacation and she cannot be, there is no connection there for the phone doesn t give me any date when he s gonna begin asking for the permit . So this morning, I went for the fourth time to the city asking if he sent some documentation to begin the process of the permit they told me no we received nothing. So before going to the city, I called him left a message that I was not happy about all of this, and I gave him a deposit to begin the process of the permit. Now he doesn t answer my phone any longer. Send the beginning you never called me or text me. I was always the first one to call or text and he would reply but never giving me a specific date or anything and now is not answering when I called him to talk with him on the phone. I did not know the previous owner changed those window without a permit. Somebody made a complaint after I purchased the house and I purchased the window thinking that I could install it myself. You need to be licensed so now I have a violation from the city because of this and send me a register letter January 27 is the last day everything needs to be installed before that and inspected by the city I will be charged after that $250 per day . This gentleman knows about it. I told him he doesn t seem to care at all that I have to pay $250 per day after the 27 next month. I just want my money back because is lying to me since the beginning And I have to hired somebody else to do it because I m gonna be late for the Magistra.

They were professional and quick. Which is imperative for our needs.

The tech who came to our come completed the 3 jobs and made sure we were satisfied with each job doe from repairing the windows to open and close, made screens for our windows at our house and replaced my patio screen door and made sure we knew how to lock it because I was not able to open at first but he stayed until I could. I would us AM Windows and Sliding doors again.

They showed up at my home within 30 minutes of requesting a quote. Very reasonable price and the technician had the old glass out and the new glass in before 5 pm that same day. Both were very professional, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat

I am very happy with the services I received from AM Windows and Sliding Doors. Their response was prompt, and they made every part of the process easy! Alphonso was very patient and took time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns (which was a lot, by the way, lol!) I can't thank Juan & Alphonso enough for working so hard to complete the job in such a short amount of time!

They have performed a couple of different jobs in my property. Very communicative, always on time.

Backed out of doing the project after I was asked to send 2 deposits and reschedule multiple times. After getting an estimate, a technician came and refused to do to the job and rescheduled, second time did not show up and did not communicate on the no show. After talking and deciding on a 3rd day they communicated it was too expensive on costs for them to complete the job with the previous decided estimate cost. Unfortunately things did not come out as expected, was their excuse. Not worth all the hassle dealing with them to get the job refused at the last minute, very unprofessional.
