Mike promptly responded to my inquiry, provided me with an estimate, and a time frame when he could perform the work. Mike followed up with me on the exact date that he said he would and we discussed a time to start the work. We decided on a 6:30 AM start and Mike showed up on time (6:25). Mike completed, what I would consider, a difficult job that involved removing the old floor to the sub floor and installing ceramic tile. The existing floors in my house were not even and each of the transitions was not even either. Mike did an excellent job of overcoming these obstacles quickly and making our floors look amazing. In addition to his quality and professionalism he is an amazing person who is motivating and great to talk to. Finding all of these qualities in one contractor is extremely rare and I would encourage everyone to seize the opportunity to hire Mike for your tile job."

Update 5.11.20 - I wanted to add that Petra Painting returned to completely paint the exterior of my 30+ yr old home, including exterior walls, doors, trim, gutters, and the garage door. The crew was excellent. Started with a thorough pressure cleaning and prepped the foundation to paint below the grass height, then caulked all cracks and blemishes. Primer and paint applied neatly, virtually no mess. Repaired, sealed, and painted the chimney top too. Also cleaned, primed and pained the patio and ceiling.
