"Mike's quality of work is exceptional but what really sets Mike apart from other contractors I have worked with was his professionalism. Mike promptly responded to my inquiry, provided me with an estimate, and a time frame when he could perform the work. Mike followed up with me on the exact date that he said he would and we discussed a time to start the work. We decided on a 6:30 AM start and Mike showed up on time (6:25). Mike completed, what I would consider, a difficult job that involved removing the old floor to the sub floor and installing ceramic tile.
