They were very communicative and always answered my calls. Arrive on time for the job to start and finish. The two employees who carried out the tasks were highly skilled and consistently showed up for work. Before leaving each day, the contractor cleaned the area and picked up any debris from the tiles. Great service

The job consisted of tile removal from the kitchen, laundry, bedroom and three bathrooms. They utilized a state of the art dustless vacuum system to demo the existing tile, and quickly removed all the debris and hauled it away. They immediately began cleaning the concrete and preparing the floor for its new installation. Adriana and his team were timely, organized and professional throughout the entire course of the project. The tile work looks amazing and we are very pleased. My wife and I are glad that we selected Motta Tile. Great Job! Thank you for bringing our vision to life!!

The crew consisting of two non-English speaking workers did an excellent job, however it was impossible to communicate with them. The owner himself showed up at the end of the day merely to collect the check. However, a week or so later I noticed a problem with the tile not laying flat in a particular area. I called both the owner Adriana DaMota, as well as his sales person Ariel, as well as the office number on record. Both the owner and the office never bothered to return my call, Ariel did return a text that I sent to him and he promised to show up on a certain day by 10:00 to look at the problem. I took time off from work, waited all day, texted and called him to find out what time he would be arriving, and he never showed. It seems once this company gets your money, you will never hear from them again. Not a good way to handle a business, especially one that does do good work, but if you have a problem, you just left on your own!

They installed the tile and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. They were professional and took great care to ensure the work areas were properly cleaned before leaving. I will definitely refer them to others, and will use them again.

It was great to work with Ariel on our tile floor installation. Always prompt replies to any questions I had and was so nice to have a real person to deal with when reaching out by phone . Was always on time . Very happy with the finished floor !

We met with Ariel to get our quote, and they started the tile installation for 2 bedrooms 3 days later. The installers were very good, professional, cleaned up after each stage, the flooring is smooth with no raised areas, and looks beautiful. During the installation, we received 2 visits from the companies owner to inspect the project. We are completely happy with the projects installation and will highly recommend Motta Tile to all my friends and clients! Thank you !!

They were on time and did their job, there was a problem with the grout less than a month after installation, called numerous times, the owner said his brother would come and repair and never did, text the owner again, he said he was out of the country and his brother would fix and again never did, I believe they use cheap materials and do not stand behind their work.

Mitts Tile did a great job of tiling a bedroom. They were on time, clean & very fast, completing the job in one day. Definitely would recommend them, and if I need tiling in the future I will use Motts Tile.

Working with Adriano has been excellent. He showed up on time with his team. They had ripped up 1100 sq. ft of tile in less than 4 hrs and by the end of the day the place was cleaned and ready for tiling the next day! Plus he took my demolition trash away too. Great guy to work with, highly recommended.
