Carlos arrived on time and the work took exactly the time that he said. the price was set on front. althought the granite was already ruin , they polished and sealed. now looks decent. Quick responsed and arrival on time.

Carlos gave a fair price to clean and polish my travertine floors and 3 marble vanity tops. He and his helper moved all the heavy furniture and protected walls and trim with masking. Everything looks great. They worked very hard to produce a great result

Carlos truly has an eye for spotting the problems, damage and imperfections on the marble floor with extensive knowledge and the equipment to remedy the areas. I did not realize how labor intensive the job would be but I understand now that it isn’t something that can be rushed in order to get the wonderful results Carlos gave us.

Carlo cleaned and sealed our concrete floor in all of our condo. It looks brand new!! There was a big black stain in our kitchen and Carlo got it ALL out!! Carlos and his assistant did a wonderful job sanding, polishing and sealing our quartzite and marble. The quartzite on our kitchen counters and backslash. After 10 years of use it had become dull and needed repolishing and resealed. It turned out beautiful. The marble was in our master bath on the counters, flooring and shower walls, walls, and half wall going around the free standing tub. A really large project. They worked for hours!! We had a glitch in the outcome but Carlos, being the perfectionist he is immediately returned and made it perfect. The work was great, the customer service great, professionalism great and the cost was well within reason. We highly recommend this company.

I hired this company to remove my tile and wood flooring out of my 1964 house so the underlying terrazzo could be pollished and brought to all its glory. To all of our surprise, only half the house was terrazzo. So from there, Carlos and I discussed where to go from there. We decided to level the concrete foundation to match the same level as the terrazzo (about 5/8") so I can float vinal floors. They did a wonderful job and leveled my floor better than the previous contractors. From their, they helped put me in contact with other contractors who specialize in wood and vinyl floors. 10 out 10 will hire them to epoxy my garage floors.
