The Owners of Family Marble Care LLC come from two different backgrounds, who came together through the marble restoration industry. We have worked for the top companies in our trade, and after 17 years of working in the field together, we have brought our two families together to form Family Marble Care, LLC. Our mission is not only to bring our love for our families and our trade together, but we also want to unite with your family to help with all your flooring and service needs. We have a strong belief and experience in customer service, and that is what kept us as leaders in our field. We pride ourselves on providing the best service from start to finish. I'm an interior designer located in CT/NY Metro area. This project was at my parents' home - preparing for sale. Travertine floors had not been polished in 11 years, along with crema marfil and calacatta d'oro vanity tops. John and Genarro were punctual, professional, and provided excellent quality service. When complete, everything looked shiny and new!

John and his two workers arrived right on time and promptly got to work. John was very friendly and very knowledgeable about his work. "The cost of the job was discounted down to just a basic service charge of $395.00 which is our lowest cost to come out, it cost money for gas which we drove a total of 3 hours to drive to the job and back. it cost money for material especially for a sealer which is not cheap and it cost money for labor. We base our prices on the job and we take pride in our customer's happiness as you can see from all of our reviews which are 5 stars. I am sorry again but as you see from the quality of the work you paid for that is what separates us from other companies that might have been cheaper. That was the lowest price I could do the work for. Thank you."

John and Genaro are a great team. They gave me a quote two days after I contacted them, and completed the work a week later. In one hour, they restored a brand new table that had arrived with major imperfections. They were meticulous and the finished product is beautiful.

I had contacted several companies before speaking with Family Marble Care. I found John to be very knowledgeable about travertine and understanding of the fact that I did not what a high shine finish. He worked with me to get the exact look and finish I wanted. The crew was extremely courteous, very workman like and very organized. I am very happy with the look of the floors and will continue to use Family Marble Care to maintain the floors in the future.
