"I am so happy that I hired Modern Air! Prompt, courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I couldnt have asked for better. Tom is a wonderful person in addition to his work ethics. I am never going to use anybody else from here on out. He doesnt try to up sell you or get you to get on their contract program and, he finds the problem and addresses that . In this record heat and being a Saturday didnt deter him I am blessed to have found Tom with Modern Air. He repaired my ac unit. Hallelujah! My unit is only 3 yr old but the idiot company that installed it did it improperly, didnt register it, left all kinds of debris in attic and would NEVER service it. All they want is $$$for new install and leave you hi n dry. Do not use Joe Hope Fl. West Coast A C!! I had to have the ac unit replaced in another house and I called Modern A C again in August of 2020 He is amazing! He came quickly and tore out old and installed new. Very professional. Got a permit. Registered unit. Very clean. Did everything the way it should be and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend"

"I purchased a Deal, spoke with Ken, the owner, and he was flexible about my schedule changes (due to the tile job taking longer). Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. He analyzed our system capacity, checked the duct routing in the attic, and gave us options for improving our HVAC system in future when the existing equipment is ready for replacement. "Peter from Coast to Coast H&Air installed a new Carrier Heating and cooling unit in my home last spring. It has worked flawlessly and so far my electric bills have gone down because of it. Today was the first of two scheduled maintenance appointments (no charge) for them to come out and see how the new unit has been working. The technician (JOE), performed many different tests and spent a good hour cleaning the coils as well. He showed me different things about the unit that I was completely unaware which may help me in a pinch. Joe was not only very knowledgeable and efficient at what he was doing, he was very personable while doing his job which instilled my confidence in him. "Had my new rental house ducts and dryer cleaned after i got ripped off by the $99 whole house duct cleaning gimmick. I called fresh air services,Darren answered my call right away his pricing was transparent and was less than other quotes I received. He showed up with his teammate and they went right to work cleaned my 10 ducts and dryer in about an hour. They actually take the vents down and send this brush hooked to their vacuum into the system. For a small fee i had them coat my return with this anti microbial coating made specifically for air conditioning and boy does it look so much better than the fiberglass duct board yellow.He even got on the roof and took a video to show me the vent was free of clogs. Their equipment was very impressive. I just returned to the home for the first time in about 3 weeks and the fresh smell from their sanitation fog is still detectable in the air.
