There was no pressure to decide immediately and he quickly sent us an online quote for all of the units that he recommended for our needs. Once we decided, we were given a very fair price and the installation was set up to accommodate our schedule. The installation technicians let us know they were on their way. They arrived and worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old unit and install the new one. These gentlemen were also very personable and professional and obviously, very knowledgeable. When installation was done, they did a complete clean-up and left our home spotless. Adem helped us to set up our digital thermostat and explained how to use the thermostat, which was one of our major concerns. He assured us that an answer to any questions we had was only a quick phone call away.
