The technician that installed it all was very nice and even helped me shut off the fire alarm that went off when he was soldering in the garage, I have very high ceilings and he brought the ladder in and turned it off and then made sure to hook it back up after he was done. It was a hot day and he did everything promised and showed me how to connect the unit to my Wi-Fi and all. Thank you so much for all the hard work you did. Checked the ductwork and all.
