Kamil, the owner's son, came out the following day, Friday, and by that evening I had a written estimate. I texted Kamil acceptance of the estimate and was scheduled for the installation the following Friday. Taylor and Chris showed up promptly at 8:30am on Friday and by 3:30pm the job was completed. Both the outside and inside units were professionally installed with great care and attention to detail. Both Taylor and Chris went out of their way to ensure my complete satisfaction, answered all my questions and did a thorough clean up before leaving the site. The technician that installed it all was very nice and even helped me shut off the fire alarm that went off when he was soldering in the garage, I have very high ceilings and he brought the ladder in and turned it off and then made sure to hook it back up after he was done.
