"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

We dealt with Artur Pepaj, one of two brothers who are the principals of this business. There was something about his sincerity that caused us to trust him and his company, Later, as the demolition and new construction began and was ultimately completed, we realized our trust had been justified. The men who did the work, led by Simon, were hard working and talented. They showed up on time and stayed a little late if the situation demanded it. Demolition of a bathroom (adjacent to our master bedroom) is necessarily a dusty business. The construction team draped nearby furniture, and spread down drop clothes to shield carpets and other flooring. When possible, sawing and other dust-producing activities, were done either in our adjacent attached garage. When unanticipated problems arose, they were discussed with us so we could find acceptable solutions. Having done a bit of remodeling in my earlier years, I could recognize professional work when I saw it. And the workmanship! Outstanding. Great attention to detail. We are completely pleased.
