Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. Let me tell you a little about me. I am recently retired. I owned a vacation rental property management company for about 20 years. We managed over 50 oceanfront vacation homes. During that time, I learned to fix and repair a lot of things around the properties. I sold the business in January of 2024, but still enjoy doing handyman work in the area. I can do most simple jobs around the house, including installing sinks, faucets, light fixtures, repairing screens, decks, gutters, and more. I'm happy to come to you home and look at the project you have. If I feel that I am not qualified to do the job properly for you, I will let you know and can even refer you to someone with more experience. I will not take on a job that I am not confident that I can do properly. My reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large or small the job.
