On March 1, Joe visited our home to discuss our project & gave us a proposal that we accepted. On March 31, Dan took measurements to order materials. On May 13-14, Mahadi did excellent work to remove the existing tub & tile, redo the plumbing & electrical & install a new 60" x 36" shower. It includes a Carrara marble wall system, 3 shelves, chrome fixtures, dual bypass doors & window frame. Renken was responsive to all our requests & we are very happy with the new shower."

Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

He and his assistant did an excellent job of repairing a major leak in our downstairs dining room ceiling caused by the bathtub overflowing in the upstairs bathroom directly above it. The only small negative comment I have is that due to a malfunction in his compressor, putting him behind schedule for his next appointment across town, they left a huge dirty water spot on our carpet which my wife had to clean up by shampoong the carpet. It looked fine afterward. I highly recommend his work."
