"On the recommendation of Angie's List, I inquired on the price to replace an existing outdoor spigot. They were prompt in responding by phone but did not provide an estimate. When I called I learned the price would be $140. I passed."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"They were professional installing the windows and replaced one window that had a flaw and replaced a window that was incorrect. They respoonded as soon as they had the windows, they were replaced.
