"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Our bath remodel is now complete. What a FANTASTIC job!!! It was quite a process, but Scott did a great job in the coordination of all the contractors and workers and always kept things moving along smoothly. Any little hiccups along the way were handled immediately and perfectly. Every step of the way, Scott was sure everything was perfect and to our complete satisfaction. This remodel came out better than we ever imagined. Thanks to everyone at Gilbert Design that helped put it all together for us."
