The Salesman we worked with, Scott Mavis, did a great job of showing us our options and helping us decide on the best solution for us. They really worked hard to meet our timeline to get the job done when we needed it done. Jimmy coordinated everything and did a great job of keeping us informed. The gentlemen who did the plumbing and installation were so pleasant, professional and did an outstanding job. They cleaned up after each day and told us what the next step was and when they would be back. We are already planning on more jobs to have them do! I highly recommend them."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"We had to make tile color choices in the show room rather than in the home. Otherwise, the quote was fair for what we wanted done. Mr Gilbert was very helpful and responsive to changes we wanted made. However, he did not come out to inspect the project in process which I believe would have improved our satisfaction with the job. The tile installer did not install the ceramic corner shelves in the tub shower surround properly the first time and had to come back out to correct the problem. The plumber's apprentice did not put a cloth down when installing the fixtures in the tub/shower area and made a small chip in the new tub which had to be corrected with an enamel paint to hide the chip. There would not have been a chip if they had been more careful. Overall, the job was completed timely and the bathroom turned out beautifully. I would rate this experience a "B" as it was not perfect but stayed on budget and looked good in the end.

"Sean and his crew were professional, always on time and answered any questions I had. They worked efficiently on both my bathrooms, taking care to check for and fix the leaks. They regrouted both shower and tub areas, replaced the toilet and put in new flooring. Both rooms look terrific and I thank them profusely for the finished products.
