Coconut Bay ConstructionIt went very very wel. Starting with the drawings and design we felt that Coconut Bay was very professional and driven. During the period of building we could not visit the house itself and were related to pictures and movies. I was a little sceptic since we are used to Northern European craftsmanship. It became clear from the beginning that the process was constantly monitored very well and the house was very clean during all stages of building. The end result was as expected, all perfect and no snag list at all. What an unbelievable service and quality.- e v.

Denillo Builders Corp.I highly recommend Denillo Builders. I've had two homes with swimming pools built by Denillo Builders, and I've had one house completely remodeled. They do excellent work. Denillo Builders builds homes using ICF (Interlocking Concrete Form). In my opinion, this is the Strongest and most Energy Efficient Construction available in Southwest Florida. You can look up information on ICF Home Construction or contact Denillo Builders for more information. They are great homes. I love my ICF home and if I ever built another home it would definitely build with ICF. I even have a Motorhome Garage built with ICF Construction and it's cool in the summer with an R-Value of 30. Love it. One note, Denillo Builders also builds their own Swimming Pools. If you want a pool with your new house, you don't have to work through 2 contractors. Also, if you want to upgrade and put in a pool at your existing house, they can build that too. With this company, you meet with the Builder and you design you house with the Builder for a Custom Home that you help design. Great Company.- Ray D.

MAKER'S CONSTRUCTIONMaker’s Construction Inc. was outstanding from start to finish of kitchen, guest and master bathrooms remodel project. Great family business willingly worked with me on budget, remodel design recommendations, additional work requirements and outstanding communication. Krysten the project coordinator was quick to respond back on any concerns or questions. Liban was the onsite project leader, construction contractor and very talented tradesman. Northrup Remodeling, Roofing & ExteriorsFist of all, they were very professional and honest!! The project manager was Ron Burgess and he was a delight to work with!! They allowed my daughter to remain in the house by putting up plastic barriers as the living room area and kitchen were not involved in the damage for repairs!! Ron was so considerate and always called my daughter to give her heads up if workers would be coming to the house and what time they would arrive!! Even though they had set backs due to extremely cold temperatures, they did the job as expeditiously as possible!! Working with Northrup and Ron Burgess was a wonderful experience and our little home could not be more beautiful, inside and out!! Thanks Ron!!- terry s.

D.R. Martineau Roofing & ConstructionWe used D.R. Martineau for a new metal roof for several reasons, among which were that the company, apart from being a roofer, is a contractor capable of also replacing hurricane straps and facia. We live part of year in Sanibel and had to plan and coordinate the timing of our new metal roof installation with replacing our pool screen enclosure. Estimator, Reed Boling, was very knowledgeable, punctual and informative about metal roofs. He was patient and worked with us on our timing schedule. We would recommend the company to anyone looking for a metal roof. Company worked with us on time schedule and coordinated with pool screen installer on timing of facia replacement. In only one day, old roof tile and old paper were completely taken off, sections of roof were opened and all hurricane straps repaired/replaced and then the new membrane for the metal roof was installed. Company then replaced some facia boards on area of roof around pool. In roofing / construction, issues can happen, it is how they are dealt with is that is most important. More than half way through installation, a issue arose that seemed to be related to the ridge crown covers. The company quickly responded with a new crew. Angel Vega showed up and stepped in as the new primary contact and point person to finish the job. He and his crew took over. Angel dealt with a problematic situation, professionally and spoke to us candidly about what had happened with installation and what he and his crew was doing to redo some of the work in place and to finish the job timely and have the work pass inspection. His professionalism and candor made us comfortable about the actions being taken to finish our job in a timely fashion. He kept us updated on progress being made via text messages and/or phone calls. He was attentive and quick to respond. Good qualities! Bottom line, our metal roof installation got done timely without undo delays and passed inspection. All company workers were courteous and job site always kept clean. Our neighbors took note of the progress of our new roof going up and the work done by your company. Hopefully such translates into future work for D.R. Martineau.- Edward H.

Nick & Bob did a complete bath remodel, one of a kind custom vanity shower & wall covering, mirror & medicine cabinet custom, my house is block & a challenge to work with. We talked many times about ideas & how to make them work. Kitchen had several cabinet made to update the space & improve function, once again the guys provided their knowledge & ideas to maximize space & my budget. Everyday the job site was cleaned & next day work discussed, I was never in the dark or had concerns about my remodel. New deck was added & outside shower. My friends are so impressed with bathroom design & whole project that can't believe WE did it, I kept the details a surprise just gave them job updates. Bob & Nick have done 2 other projects for me, never would I use or recommend anyone else. If you have to wait in line for them, well worth the wait in quality & work ethic.

Tom and his crew were outstanding. This was a long distance project for us and we could not have had a better experience. Tom is a perfectionist and it shows in every little detail of his work. We got videos throughout the process to show us the results as well as calls if a decision needed to be made at the spur of the moment. We will continue to call Tom for any work needing to be done and would do this again with him in charge next week.

Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic. I have used his company for the build out of my medical office and always refer our friends and family to him.
