123 hired them to repair a leak, came out and stated would cost $1000.00, leak got worse, was never sure they came out as never leave work orders, etc. called many times. Had a friend go and verify they had changed a few row of shingles/Leak remains, must now hire new repair. Never again.
It was a simple fix. They repaired the leak quickly, and did the job well. He was honest and neat, and didn't try to make any unnecessary money off of me. They got the job done!
This Co. had a special on Angies List for a half price leak check. I told them my pool was leaking an inch a day. It took a wk to get an appointment, The men who showed up were prompt, extremely polite and supposedly fixed the crack leak. They told me the pool should not loose water anymore....

"The company charged $4000 for a pop-up drainage system to prevent flooding in my stand-alone backyard office. When heavy rain came, it was apparent that the system in place was not working, and despite multiple emails, no one responded for six months. When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."

"Only did about one third of the work- could not complete without me signing a waiver relieving them of any damage done to my pool surface. This was not mentioned until after approximately one third or less of the work was completed. Management was condescending and unwilling to negotiate as they wanted half of the contracted money and barely completed one third of the contract. None of the issues we hired them to correct were fixed and I have zero confidence the pool deck is actually stabilized as they claim since the technician stated to me the day he was there that he could not complete stabilization without injecting more foam which he could not do without possibly damaging the surface of my pool. After paying them more than $3,200.00 it looks worse than it did before they showed up. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!"
