Thatâ s Joe. We had a leak in the slab of our house. All the pipes had to be rerouted and we ended up with 12 very large holes in our walls and ceiling inside and outside the house. Joe responded quickly, and was at our house that same day. Because we have been treated so poorly by so many contractors, we were waiting for the other shoe to drop. It never did. Joe charged a reasonable price, showed up every day without delay, and was honest and forthright about everything he did. He did not subcontract anything out, but did bring along an apprentice, who was far better than the vast majority of licensed contractors Iâ ve had work at my house. Joe was kind, he was efficient, and his prices were more than fair. Through absolutely no fault of Joeâ s, we are still having issues with the plumbing in our house, but the drywall looks fabulous! We will be hiring him for many future jobs."

"This is the second time I have used Angelo at Broward Property Maintenance, and the work is always above and beyond. You won't find a more honest and knowledgeable person to help you with making repairs to your home. On the first occurrence, Angelo helped repair drywall from a re-piping. There was cuts made to the ceiling & walls, and Angelo even did a fantastic job matching popcorn on the ceiling. On the second occurrence, it was a roof leak that ran all the way down a concrete wall on the foyer and we had him demo the drywall, remove the insulation, and make the repairs. Angelo is efficient and gets the job done very quickly, and he takes great care with your home protecting it from dust & debris."

"Antonio and his crew are terrific. They are so conscientious, professional, skilled, prompt, and are hard workers. After getting several estimates I found their cost to be very fair and I liked the personal attention they give to the client. They had to put up drywall and seam it to existing drywall for over 100 feet. After painting, the walls, one would never know the old and new drywall was joined together. The crew also did baseboards, hung doors and moldings, put back electrical outlets, removed a small wall, etc. Antonio and his crew covered and protected all floors. They created hardly any dust and cleaned up after their work each day. All of this is overseen by Aracely, Antonio's wife. She personally comes to the client''s house to insure the client is satisfied and she takes care of all the paperwork, etc. This is truly a family business that really cares. I know a lot about construction and if I am pleased, I know you will, too. Hire them!"

We were looking to remove old drywall in a garage kitchenette and replace it, repair the tile floor, and re-open a door that had been covered with double drywall.
