"This is the second time I have used Angelo at Broward Property Maintenance, and the work is always above and beyond. You won't find a more honest and knowledgeable person to help you with making repairs to your home. On the first occurrence, Angelo helped repair drywall from a re-piping. There was cuts made to the ceiling & walls, and Angelo even did a fantastic job matching popcorn on the ceiling. On the second occurrence, it was a roof leak that ran all the way down a concrete wall on the foyer and we had him demo the drywall, remove the insulation, and make the repairs. Angelo is efficient and gets the job done very quickly, and he takes great care with your home protecting it from dust & debris."

"I did not take any other bid because I was very impressed with his knowledge of my problem. I had a water heater break and flood. I originally put in a request for cabinet installation. Sergio was able to do not only the cabinets but he replaced the granite, reconnected the plumbing, built the wall behind the cabinets and painted! He is very talented in many aspects of home repair and remodeling. I'm telling everyone about him!"

"Jesus was prompt and easily accessible. He gave me a consultation in 3 days. He made a repair appointment for the week after his consultation. He is a very pleasant man. He made an assessment as to the best way to repair my leaky french door at the first visit. He instilled my confidence by his professionalism regarding the task at hand. His work was precise, and when finished he cleaned up the mess made by the repair. Very thorough. Reasonable price for the type of repair."
