They were professional all the way through our projects, courteous inspection of property, very prompt (one day) estimate of work, very fair pricing, excellent value for the money, rapid completion of the work, courteous throughout the process. Joe charged a reasonable price, showed up every day without delay, and was honest and forthright about everything he did. He did not subcontract anything out, but did bring along an apprentice, who was far better than the vast majority of licensed contractors Iâ ve had work at my house. Joe was kind, he was efficient, and his prices were more than fair. Through absolutely no fault of Joeâ s, we are still having issues with the plumbing in our house, but the drywall looks fabulous! We will be hiring him for many future jobs."

"This is the second time I have used Angelo at Broward Property Maintenance, and the work is always above and beyond. You won't find a more honest and knowledgeable person to help you with making repairs to your home. On the first occurrence, Angelo helped repair drywall from a re-piping. There was cuts made to the ceiling & walls, and Angelo even did a fantastic job matching popcorn on the ceiling. On the second occurrence, it was a roof leak that ran all the way down a concrete wall on the foyer and we had him demo the drywall, remove the insulation, and make the repairs. Angelo is efficient and gets the job done very quickly, and he takes great care with your home protecting it from dust & debris."

After getting several estimates I found their cost to be very fair and I liked the personal attention they give to the client. They had to put up drywall and seam it to existing drywall for over 100 feet. After painting, the walls, one would never know the old and new drywall was joined together. The crew also did baseboards, hung doors and moldings, put back electrical outlets, removed a small wall, etc. Antonio and his crew covered and protected all floors. They created hardly any dust and cleaned up after their work each day. All of this is overseen by Aracely, Antonio's wife. She personally comes to the client''s house to insure the client is satisfied and she takes care of all the paperwork, etc. This is truly a family business that really cares.
