"This is the second time I have used Angelo at Broward Property Maintenance, and the work is always above and beyond. You won't find a more honest and knowledgeable person to help you with making repairs to your home. On the first occurrence, Angelo helped repair drywall from a re-piping. There was cuts made to the ceiling & walls, and Angelo even did a fantastic job matching popcorn on the ceiling. On the second occurrence, it was a roof leak that ran all the way down a concrete wall on the foyer and we had him demo the drywall, remove the insulation, and make the repairs. Angelo is efficient and gets the job done very quickly, and he takes great care with your home protecting it from dust & debris."

"Popcorn removal, smoothing and painting, and high hat install: The company was very responsive and answered a lot of the questions we had, and were flexible with timing. They said they would protect the contents of the house, draping everything with plastic, but they did not do such a great job and there is dust everywhere, including everything that was draped. They also went over by two days (was supposed to take 5 days, but it was Christmas week). They put in the high hats and were supposed to replace existing high hats in the kitchen but they did not have 4-inch ones. The costs for the smaller parts of the job were not fairly priced (I.e. installation of a switch). Positives were - they did quality work and they did patch a huge hole in our ceiling and did not charge us for it. They took off $150 because we purchased some high hats that they did not have."
