Cedric did the best job patching up the drywall and was very respectful, cleaned up after himself, and the paint job is impeccable. You can’t even tell there was a hole there before.

He did not do the job correctly, did not explain that the patches were definitely going to show after completion of the job. Looking at my ceiling it is very obvious with the 7 squares that he just patched up

This is my second job with Roberto and he is very professional, prompt, tidy in his workspace, and does a great job with Sheetrock and painting.

Roberto was very professional. He knew what to do and answered all my questions.

Roberto started good - ended bad. He did come up with a creative solution to add some lights above my sink. Built out a small box and wired in two new lights - his card said electrical and the main wire was new and place there by an electrician. Lights looked good until I touched one. Sparks flew out 6 inches and shorted out the new wiring I had paid him and the actual electrian to repair. He seemed upset he had to come back, even joking I should pay him more as it took forever to fix his mistake. He had to cut into the new drywall to fix his wiring mistake - patched that and left it unpainted after he had previously painted the plaster. During his repair work his stood on my brand new stainless sink leaving deep scratches in. He left plaster all over the new countertop - that came off but just another example of how things were very different once he had to spending time fixing his mistake. Oh and my dustbuster walked out the door with their stuff.

Roberto did an awesome job, he was very patient and fixed everything to the best of his capabilities. The walls in my bathroom was damaged very badly and he fixed it as well as can be. He also repaired my ceilings which had many holes. Definitely would hire him again to do the work. Cleaned up every day after he was done. No complaints

Perfectionist, Clean , covered all my expensive furniture, Superior Painting, dry wall expert. We had 3 holes made to find a leak from different leak detectors that our Insurance company sent, from a bathroom in my condos upper level down to my 1 st level dining room knockdown ceiling. Roberto did a fabulous job you would never know there was holes there. We would give them a 10 for sure. My husband, & I are 100% Satisfied. I am pleased with the work Roberto did with American Painting Maintenance Corp. He was professional, prompt, and cleaned up after. He had several workers that he supervised. He did come up with creative ideas to make the task at hand work well. The work was some drywall repair, painting and replacing wood at several places in the house.

Great service. Roberto explained exactly what had to be done and completed the job in good time. He removed the popcorn and replaced with knock down. Cleaned up after the work was done. I am very pleased with the result and the cost suited my budget.
