"Carlos was very good, on time, covered all furniture and floors and when the job was complete the work area was spotless. I would recommend him to anyone!!! His work was 5 Star, I needed to add 6” to a wall and you couldn’t even see where the extension started. Excellent excellent work. I highly recommend Carlos for any drywall work you might need"

"Tobios drywall built a closet to enclose my laundry in the garage. They showed up when they said and completed the job in exactly the amount of time they quoted. Quality work at a fair price on time. I would hire Tobios again."

"Ramiro and his team did an incredible job repairing our patio ceiling. We had extensive water damage from a leak in our roof. His team came out, replaced the drywall, matched the textured drywall and painted it to match the existing ceiling perfectly. I would highly recommend hiring his team."

Drywall questions, answered by experts

Drywall can get wet and dry out without sustaining permanent damage, but only if the water damage is minor. If you have a small leak and are quick to correct the issue and set up blower fans and dehumidifiers, your drywall should dry out. If the leak is persistent, the drywall becomes totally waterlogged, or mold begins forming on the drywall, you should remove and replace it.

Yes, even if you’re being careful, removing tile can damage your drywall to some degree. However, you can minimize the damage done to it by eliminating a majority of the grout and taking your time prying each tile off. Also, it's worth noting that you might have more drywall damages to deal with if your tile is set into the mortar.

Glass walls are more expensive overall than their brick or drywall counterparts. However, if you need walls for a building with more than two or three stories, glass walls are the more budget-friendly option.

Plastering lasts for around 15 to 20 years without needing repairs or maintenance in most cases, and with proper upkeep, plastering can last a lifetime—sometimes more than 100 years. Plaster repair costs between $1 and $3 per square foot, and you may need these services once every 15 to 20 years or so unless you have a harsh climate where humidity changes are a constant issue. You can also opt to skim-coat plaster for between $0.90 and $1.30 per square foot, which may serve you better in the long run.

Costs depend on damage size, labor rates, and whether additional services like painting are required.
