The area had hollow tiles as well so Tile by Design took up the ones that were lose did an "inject a tile" which rectified the hollow tiles then properly laid down the lifted tiles. I am very pleased with the results and will be discussing part II soon. Where he floats LVT over the existing stile. Can't wait for part lI to see the change in my home. He is very personable and gets the job done quickly and correctly. His workman was alsio very detailed and left the area clean."
