It rained the next day; the problem persisted. The installer was sent back and claimed full gutter replacement was needed—information never shared before. I climbed up and found bent leaf guards, leaves still inside, and a hole was drilled into a joint to relieve water buildup. No cleaning, no sealing, no leveling. Nothing heard for a week. I hired another company to fix the issue and informed Guardian. Chris said he was waiting on me to call him to schedule the replacement. Rob, a true professional offered a solution - i declined. Our community, adjacent communities, nor any properties I manage or influence will use Guardian Gutters."
