"We started a siding and windows job on our home in early 2024. $100k later, the job is still incomplete and it’s impossible to get them to actually follow through on their commitment to finish the job. Never mind the fact that now the windows are leaking and to them, it’s clearly no big deal because I notified them on April 1st and Will, their General Manager, said that someone would be out to check it out and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve emailed the owner to no avail and in the beginning was told by their Sales person, Heather, that customer service is “their thing.” Yeah right, they got what they wanted out of us and that was it. I’ve tried to be patient but at the point, I’m over it. This is terrible customer service to say the least. They talk a big game in the beginning but just be cautious, they don’t care as much as they say they do."

"We started a siding and windows job on our home in early 2024. $100k later, the job is still incomplete and it’s impossible to get them to actually follow through on their commitment to finish the job. Never mind the fact that now the windows are leaking and to them, it’s clearly no big deal because I notified them on April 1st and Will, their General Manager, said that someone would be out to check it out and I haven’t heard from anyone since. We have 3 separate leaks in our home in different rooms. We do have a 20 year warranty, but after 4 visits to repair the leaks we still have major problems. We are seniors and have advise this company that our Dr. Is concerned with reason health problems related to week of this Mold and mildew. We are still waiting for the leaks to Ben corrected and a commitment to contract with a mold remediation company and resolve ceiling damage problem. I later found out Founder Mark Kaufman sold company and new ownership has used the good name without disclosing new management. Since our new roof we now have major Black mold and ceiling a damage.
