"Dwayne does a great job. He moved my clothes dryer to get to the vent behind it. Then he went up on the roof and cleaned out the vent exit. He also cleaned the lint trap in the dryer, unscrewed it and cleaned under it. Then he replaces my dryer exactly where it used to be. Cost is about $90. Well worth it to prevent a fire. He always leaves my home is excellent condition and it's not dirty - he cleans up after himself.show more

"We live in Cape Coral. We experienced the eye of the much-televised slow-moving hurricane Ian. The deviation was widespread. Many houses were washed away. On Ft Myers Beach some owners in addition to losing their home, also had their property washed away. In the middle of this disaster, there were many charlatans from all over the country that came in for the "feeding". We chose CTG as our contractor. Dealing with the insurance was Frustrating. We had 6 different insurance adjusters. Some of our friends got Public "adjusters" to help them get money for their repairs from the insurance companies. Once you sign with a Public Adjustor, you lose control of the process. CTG acted as our Public Adjustor and got more money for the repairs that required it. But they do not charge for that service. Jason Turner told me that is what they do. That is their job. Public Adjusters slow down the prices and charge a percentage of everything you get from your insurance company. Getting supplies to do the work was a nightmare. Home Depot and the other supplies kept running out of supplies. CTG did what had to be done. They would drive with their vehicles where they needed to go to get building supplies. Be it Tampa, Miami, or wherever. The quality of their work was top-notch. show more
