"Obtained quotes from 3 different contractors to repair soffit and gutter damage from hurricanes last fall in our condominium complex. Mike from Five Star gave a fair price and was extremely easy to work with. Once the special order materials arrived, his crew worked efficiently from building to building, doing the repairs as specified. When new areas needing attention were identified, Mike was quick to add those to the “punch list”, and his crew worked hard to get everything wrapped within the projected timeline. Everything from start to finish with Five Star and Mike was first class, and I told Mike that the name “Five Star” was truly spot on. If we need soffit or gutter repairs in our community again, our first call will be to Five Star!"

"I contracted Guardian Gutters to clean, seal, and level my gutters due to overflow. Showing the salesman video proof, he assured me the issue would be resolved. The initial $2,300 quote was reduced to $1,500. Though I scheduled the work for Friday so I could be present, I received an invoice Wednesday and was told the job was done—based on photos. It rained the next day; the problem persisted. The installer was sent back and claimed full gutter replacement was needed—information never shared before. I climbed up and found bent leaf guards, leaves still inside, and a hole was drilled into a joint to relieve water buildup. No cleaning, no sealing, no leveling. Nothing heard for a week. I hired another company to fix the issue and informed Guardian. Chris said he was waiting on me to call him to schedule the replacement. Rob, a true professional offered a solution - i declined. Our community, adjacent communities, nor any properties I manage or influence will use Guardian Gutters."
