"outstanding work by both Fletcher and JD. A rating of 5 does not give them credit for their dedication, attention to detail, professiolism and can do attitude with the water feature installation they installed. I highly recommend them for any water features you may be conteplating."

"We are very pleased with our material selections of Pebble Tech for the pool lining, decorative tiles for the pool and water feature, and Artistic Pavers for the deck.  In general we were basically satisfied with the end result, but getting there was quite the experience.  The office team was quite busy during our several visits involving the selection process, but did their best to accommodate us and were very helpful in assisting us in making the important product decisions.  Their bid was not the lowest but was at the lower end of the group of four competitors.  The bulk of the work was perfumed by subcontractors.
We signed a contract on 4/20/12 and were advised that as soon as all of the materials arrived in 2 weeks that they would start and the process would take approximately 2 weeks to complete.  Material arrived late so promised to start on 5/7.  Re-promised for a 5/14 start.  At this point multiple e-mails had been sent requesting a copy of our signed contract without success, but finally the job was under way.  We were impressed with the nice team of hard workers - an excellent start .  5/19 still no signed contract.  5/21 contract received.  Project moving along fairly well at this point, although response times from the project supervisor were a bit of an issue.  The Artistic Paver order was short and unable to complete a portion of the job.  By 5/30 things seemed to be falling apart and communications seemed to be getting worse.  I was even wondering if they were still in business.  On or about 6/2 water was in the pool, but communications still lacking.  On 6/4 returned home from a short trip out of town to find the pump off at a time when I was advised that it was very important to have on.  6/7 still waiting for the rest of the pavers to be installed.  6/11 screen doors still not installed and waiting for the rest of the pavers.  After requesting the Siesta Pebble Tech warranty on several occasion we finally received it on 8/14. 8/3 advised that water was leaking from behind the new water feature along with a number of small issues still not completed and still no response on 8/17. By 8/20 after the "leak was fixed" it was still no good.  8/24 all significant issues corrected and final payment made. 3/7/13 - They never did respond to e-mails sent on 3/7/13 (not to mention voice mails left on the phone) regarding a renewed leak at the water feature.  I and my pool service changed out the undersized return jets causing a significant water leak from the spa air intake and repaired the leak that had returned to the water feature.  By 3/22/13 after no response I assumed that they were either out of business or just didn't care.  I gave up.
While the total time without a pool was probably not outrageously long by Florida standards, it was the lack of communications, or not honoring their promises at many points along the way, that made it extremely annoying. Better planning on their part, attention to detail, and improved honest communication could have easily turned this project into at least a B+ or maybe even an A.
I would highly recommend requiring waivers of lean and proof of insurance including workers compensation from them, and especially all of their subcontractors - unless you have absolutely nothing to lose.  And take some sort of medication to maximize your patience."

"The roof was repaired rapidly after the leak was detected. In fact Mr. Murphy called me on a Sunday 2 hours after I messaged him. He was here the next day, determined the leak location, and made the repairs soon thereafter. He's professional, competent, and knows exactly how to make roof repairs. I could not be happier with his work."

Fountains questions, answered by experts

Ponds enhance landscapes, support wildlife, and create a tranquil outdoor environment.

Yes, many brands make models similar to endless pools with a range of features. Some companies feature temporary aboveground pools that imitate the effect of permanent installations. Small home pool spas—or spools—as well as lap pools and pools without propulsion designs for water aerobics are also available.

DIY kits are available, but professional installation ensures proper water flow, electrical safety, and leak prevention.

You have several options for your pond by getting your yard ready for the winter. You can winterize your koi pond by ensuring it’s at least 5 feet deep so it doesn’t freeze completely, installing a pond heater or aerator and having it run at all times, and installing a deicer if temperatures are dangerously low for an extended period. You can also choose to shut down your pond for the winter by removing all the wildlife in it and bringing it indoors, cleaning out the filter and pump, and then covering the pond with a tarp.

A koi pond should be at least 5 feet deep to keep the fish healthy and ensure they don’t freeze in winter. Koi fish are also known for growing large, so the more room you have, the better. A larger koi pond size will allow the fish to grow bigger than a smaller one will, and the more fish you have, the bigger the pond you’ll need. Learn how to build a pond in your backyard to ensure it remains functional and aesthetically pleasing for a long time.
