"Technician was knowledgeable, he showed up on time, very helpful and professional. Price was a on the higher side, but the technician and the office staff were very responsive before, during and after the service.
Update: A month after service was completed, we had an issue and requested the plumber to come back. He didn't like the way we questioned his work, when there was a leak. He felt attacked while we were just questioning. He agreed with me to return but was a no-show and we had to start from zero with a new plumber.
I'm sure this company is fine for completing small jobs, but I cannot recommend them once the problem arises."
