I called High End Plumbing in the evening on October 29, 2012, telling Adrien that my toilet was about to overflow and my tub had not drained since morning. After questioning me about when I last had my septic tank drained, Adrien explained that I probably needed my septic tank drained. I explained that I needed an emergency measure just to make it through the next day/night. He was reluctant because he explained that whatever he did might not work and I would waste money with his temporary service. I asked him to come anyway.
