"This Customer has a pool with a sizable leak. We were supplying extra chemicals as he was adding large amounts of water diluting chlorine levels. He had his leak repaired and service returned to normal. His pool started leaking again and customer has been filling pool without letting us know claiming a service issue. I was there yesterday and the garden hose was in the pool."
"After a nominal price increase, Mr. [Member Name Removed] decided to terminate service. He then demanded the prior month’s service be refunded to him. We have billed him on the 15th of every month since he hired the company in 2016. I have email correspondence reflecting his "billing issue" and despite detailed statements, he claims that I misled him. I have the email chains, yet he still disputes. The bottom line is Mr. [Member Name Removed]’s pool had a leak. He was adding water which dilutes the weekly chemicals, thus pool turns green. (There are many reasons that a pool can turn green.) He did not inform us of the leak and in an earnest effort to combat the chronic green pool, I recommended a product that you can purchase on Amazon. There was no product "pushing" and no dishonesty. In short, I tried to reconcile Mr. [Member Name Removed]’s various issues, but I would not refund a payment that was due. Mr. [Member Name Removed] did not like that and here we are. I run my company with total honesty and transparency, as most people will attest to, yet Mr. [Member Name Removed] makes these claims. Nothing more to say here except good luck."
"Dear Customer, I apologize again for the service. But I don't get it that we had only this one time issue for all 4 years. Even before you moved and you told me you would refer me to the new owner! I was trying to accommodate your requirements to clean your pool from weekly to every 2 weeks. With Florida weather, it does require weekly cleaning. My guy did clean your pool timely, in fact whenever you called for cleaning before showing the property, I addressed your request right away. My pool tech didn't realize his vacuum bag had a hole which I had him check the bag more frequently to avoid the same problem happened again."
