Exceptional Service from GBS! We're thrilled with the outstanding service we received from GBS! Their team was punctual, professional, and straightforward. They thoroughly inspected our 2012 water system, which had never been serviced before. We were misled into believing it had a lifetime warranty, but the original company denied any warranty coverage and demanded a trip charge just to schedule an appointment. Luckily, a GBS representative was in our neighborhood discussing water quality with other homeowners. We showed him our system, and he quickly diagnosed the issues. He powered it back up, initiated a regeneration process, and pulled data to show us the system's performance. He recommended a new carbon tank and explained the necessary repairs would cost around $2,100. However, he returned the next day with an even better solution: replacing the entire system, including the under-sink reverse osmosis, for $3,595. This included 2 years of filter changes!
