A broken outdoor faucet led to a cracked pipe and water leaking inside my home, forcing me to shut off the water at the well on a Saturday night. After three other companies couldn't send a technician until the next morning, I contacted Modern Plumbing. Their representative was reassuring and helpful, confirming they could address the issue that evening. Following contact with a representative, a plumbing technician, Tyler, promptly contacted me and arrived within 20 minutes to address a leaking pipe and a broken faucet. Tyler expertly repaired the faucet and replaced the damaged pipe, completing the work efficiently and effectively. My experience with Modern Plumbing Industries was exceptional, and I highly recommend their services, especially their readily available emergency services. I will certainly utilize their services again for any future plumbing needs."

"I first heard of this company when I was at Home Depot buying my home appliances and a guy came insisting on a Black Friday Deal “AC Tune up for only $8.88” if I could just think about how **** of a trickster this was …Never allowing this people come back inside my property again, totally scammers who will make your AC system fail, I’ve had COOL MODE WORKING PERFECTLY and my AC was giving me problems to Heating the house …inspector Ricardo who came and despite looking a good friendly person, he never finished the job on my AC pump upstairs due to “the NEST thermostat was in and out of fan”, tried charging me $380 just to do the thermostat installation, I refused and I did it myself, then there a fuse blown and he again told me it would cost $170 to simply change a “$8 fuse”!!! I refused again and as it wasnt enough now after I fixed the Fuse and Thermostat, just to find out they cut cooling system purposefully in the attempt to charge me for REPAIR, the AC fan is running and Thermostat is on Cooling mode but temperatures are reaching from 77F-85F leaving my family including my poor old grandmother suffering in the hot temperatures this entire time… THEY WANT TO RIP YOU OFF NO MERCY!!! DONT EVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS."

"All went well I have used First Quality Plumbing before always very professional and always on time. The plumber called me let me know he was about fifteen minutes from my house. Actually a lot earlier than expected. Always very friendly and didn't take to long to do the job. I was very satisfied with the work done and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and would use them in the future it needed ."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY DIDN'T FIX THE SIMPLE ISSUE (REPLACING A FAULTY FACUET) THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, BUT RATHER CAUSED ANOTHER ISSUE AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME TO FIX THE ISSUE THEY CAUSED BY MUSELF WITH INSTRUCTIONS THEY GAVE ME. This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company and I wouldn't have gone with them given the choice. My home warranty company informed me that they reported the plumbers from Five Star Plumbing to the supervisors at my home warranty company and filed a complaint against them on my behalf as a rep from the home warranty company overheard the disrespect with which I had to deal when I had to call my home warranty company to resolve an issue with the plumbers from Five Star Plumbing when they were in my home. The two guys who came initially were rude and disrespectful. One of them slammed my bathroom door in my face when I was observing what they were doing after I'd explained the issue they came to fix. They did NOT do the job properly and had to come back. They still didn't do the job properly on the second try, so their company (Five Star) had to send other plumbers (2 other guys) who finally did the job (replace a faulty faucet and fix an error the first set of plumbers from Five Star caused) in a single go. All this to replace a defunct faucet. It was a HORRIBLE service and interpersonal experience. I do NOT recommend this company. I'm not sure if the service was bad because I'm a young, woman homeowner and they were older White men who didn't like that I'd accomplished home ownership in a great neghorbood my youth. I'm not sure if I was just a bit too nice so they thought they could be rude and disrespectful with me - either way, the service was extremely poor. The two replacement plumbers who came later were also lacking in customer service skills and my home warranty company filed a complaint against them after hearing firsthand their disrespect towards me. But at least the second set of plumbers got the job done and fixed the issue their colleagues had caused. This company should be defunct. That or fixt their customer service skills and upgrade their resources."
