Do not sign the estimate that the salesperson shows you on his electronic pad. If you do you are locked in to their 2 1/2 pages of Terms and Conditions, which states you cannot change anything. Have the salesperson email you the estimate. Read it over and make any change you want before you sign it. I made the mistake of signing the estimate on the electronic pad and it cost me. I decided later that I only needed half of the house cleaned and ended up having to pay the full price of $5,000.00. So byers beware of signing the estimate before you read it.

I must write a review for the team at Mold Zero, and the company's owner, Brandon. The majority of people aren't familiar with the extent to which moisture intrusion can wreak havoc on one's life, in the event that mold begins to grow. Brandon and his team understand the importance of rapidly drying out any moisture-related issues, and preventing mold growth from ever occurring in the first place. Living in the state of Florida, you've likely (consciously or otherwise) already become aware of how humidity and moisture can impact your home's drywall and foundation. Protecting your health by maintaining the sanctity and structural integrity of your home is hopefully of importance to you, and if so, add this company to your contact list, and give them a call at the first sign of trouble popping up. Resolving issues like these early will ultimately prove to be a wise investment that will save you a lot more in the end. And you don't want to rely on someone who doesn't know what they're doing to get the job done right the first time. Brandon and Mold Zero know what's up.

Mold Zero did an incredible job handling a bad mold situation in my house. Brandon and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with and the whole process was very simple. They even helped coordinate with an AC repair company to clean the ducts, which occurred seamlessly. I love the fact that the mold is treated with a non-toxic agent, meaning itâ s not harmful to my family and pets. We all now breathe easy in our house and rest well. Thanks Mold Zero! Mold Zero is a GODSEND. Frederick, Aaron, Sara and the entire team know their stuff front to back. I knew from the moment I met Aaron that his level of expertise far outweighed the other company I had an opinion from. They took the time to know details about what had happened, and surveyed every crevice. Their follow up has been outstanding, and credentials and background in microbiology equally so. Mold or â dormant/ hidden moldâ is nothing to play with. I have a background as a healthcare vendor for 12 years and Iâ ve seen some nasty environmental (mold) problems cause serious health issues. Get ahead of it with Mold Zero, they truly are the best out there!!!

The two people that came were so nice , informative, willing to email for management purposes and he was very understanding that while I was a renter I did pay for this service and it was worth it

Their technician was super nice. I did not have a mold problem after all. Had a crack in my wall on the outside of house that was letting in moisture. He recommended someone too call to fix problem. I was very satisfied. Its not very often you find someone who doesn't try to sell you something you don't need.

These guys are very professional and friendly. They really show that they care about what they are doing and want you to understand how it all works. I am very pleased to have found a non-toxic and eco-friendly way of ensuring the air quality in our school is the best that it can be.

It seemed like a lot of money to fog my small condo when the problem was only in the roof-top a/c, but so far I have been able to breathe.

I do not tolerate the smell of bleach, so I hired mold zero to vaporize using vinegar and hydrogen peroxide to get rid of surface mold in two rooms. There was no lingering odor and Bruno, one of their techs, returned to scrub doors that had mold remaining on them. Customer service is great and if you are a snowbird they can do remediation while you are away.

Living in Florida, mold pretty much is a given, but these guys showed up when they said they would which is already far above the norm sadly. Then they were professional and obviously I did not enjoy paying so much for removal, but I would be paying it to a hospital for serious diseases, so I have to pick my battles you know?!

We have a second home in CW. Got there and had water damage. Needed help fast. They replied immediately and took care of the problem. Answered all our questions. Fair prices. Our home is safe again!
