We had several different things that needed to be fixed and we've had a lot of people look at it and they were the first guys that were able to fix it. It feels like they are a small company. They know what's going on. You can call and say that this guy was on my house yesterday and he says this and that and he will send another guy because that guy couldn't make it or whatever. It was very fluid. Everyone was on the same page over there. Everyone knew what everyone else is doing and they were very well connected as a team. They are great. "So thankful for this plumber!!! We had a leaking/water pouring out of our shower situation where we had to turn off our water for a couple of days and desperately needed to find a good plumber. Kelly had great reviews so we called him on Monday morning and he came out within one to two hours of our call. He was able to shut the water off at our shower only…which we could not figure out how to do….so we could turn water back on to the rest of the house. My husband had ordered a needed part before Kelly came and had tinkered around with it until we had water going down the wall behind the shower head…..yikes. Once the part comes in, we will call Kelly again if my husband has issues installing it….Already making a list of other plumbing issues we need his help with in the future.
