House was kept clean at all times and I was kept informed at every step. Even came back the next day to allow me to patch and paint ready to install smaller sink. Did find that ceiling below is dry and found some potential sources of leak. Advice given as to next steps and what to look for and what possible work would need to be done depending on circumstances if became wet again onve bathroom being used again.
